A parent in 94568, parent of a preschooler and a toddler
There are several branches in Livermore that do this - all I’ve been to have been fun. But Civic Center is the best (it’s their main branch). For both the baby and toddler story times, this library has the most people in attendance / feels more crowded especially when it’s indoors. They do it outside & you bring your blanket when it’s summer. People are also more social than the Pleasanton library in that every time I’ve gone, I’ve more easily spoken with random parents. And this library has the best play area for kids - large train set, light table, puzzles, and a lot of random toys and space for kids to spread out and play and read.
