Rhea and Patricia are the best! OT and PT- so lots of helpful knowledge for me as a first time mom. I am still close with some of the moms from my infant class and continued taking the classes through toddlerhood! It was a great way to meet other moms in the area with kids the same age, but also the activities were fun and the community has so many resources. Can’t recommend it enough and I will do it again if I’m lucky enough to have a second!

Livermore mommy and me changed my postpartum experience for the better. I struggled so much with my mental health my entire first year of being a mom and this community truly helped me through so much. I will be forever grateful for Rhea and Patricia and the other moms I met along the way!

I joined their Roots session (0-3 months) over 10 weeks. It provided me with a great opportunity to connect with other moms with babies in the same age range, a reason to get out of the house at least once a week during early postpartum, and a community oriented around supporting moms and their babies. The founders, Rhea and Patricia, brought in local specialists (pelvic floor, lactation, etc.) and covered topics that were relevant to our baby's age range and postpartum stage. I'm still in touch with the moms in my session and am grateful for it!
