  It’s great. They accommodate you so well. We have changed classes when time didn’t suit us. We have changes coach when we felt our daughter wasn’t with the one assigned. Make up classes are provided!

  Our child started with ASA in the 2:1 ratio classes and recently progressed to the 3:1 ratio and we continue to see great progress in confidence in the water, water safety, and freestyle swimming techniques. Their rescheduling is quite strict and limited so that’s a consideration. We also tried Happy Fish and while our child loved their pool and fun vibe the higher ratio drove us to stay with ASA. We did have some initial hiccups with instructors changing frequently about a year ago. We shared our concerns with management and it’s been quite steady since then. It’s an investment so we appreciated feeing heard and the partnership to find a solution.
