Dr Lai has been our pediatrician for years. She’s so good with the kids and patiently answering all of our questions. If there isn’t enough time in the visit (which has only happened twice because I had so many questions), she said - “I’ll answer the rest over messages. And don’t hesitate to message me on the portal when these questions come up instead of saving them for our appointment.” Her and her team of nurses replying on the portal are so responsive. They’ve really made us feel supported and comfortable. When Dr Lai hasn’t been available, we’ve seen multiple other pediatricians and almost every Sutter Health PAMF Dublin office pediatrician we’ve seen has been great! Highly recommend the practice as a whole.
