A parent in 94568, parent of a preschooler and a toddler
This is an absolutely beautiful indoor rainforest inside the Cal Academy of Sciences museum which is in Golden Gate Park. There’s also an area within where you’ll see beautiful butterflies fluttering around and can even see the different stages of butterflies (in real life). It’s breathtaking and unique to our area. Only downsides were there was a 40 min long line to get in around 2:30pm (so maybe going first thing when they open is better), and no strollers allowed for this section of the museum. You just park your stroller anywhere else in the museum.
