We love FIT4MOM Tri-Valley! We’ve been apart of this amazing and supportive, active community of mama’s since my youngest was 8 weeks old! We started with F4M back when my oldest two sons were infants back in Texas!! It truly is an incredible fitness program and community of mama’s going through all the stages of parenthood and life that we are while staying active! Classes are hosted at beautiful local parks and helps connect moms with other local moms and kids in the funnest way! Our instructors and mama’s are inspiring, motivating and supportive of one another. It’s a beautiful community and a program I strongly believe in!! Recommend for all mama’s!

Fit4Mom was great for me when I had a toddler and was pregnant with my second. The combination of getting a workout in and building community while entertaining my toddler was great! I went to Moriah's classes and she was wonderful - so welcoming and friendly. It was actually Fit4Mom that helped me make my first mom friends and I am very grateful for that.
