By far, the best pelvic floor therapist I have ever had! She has been amazing for me postpartum. From trying to figure out why my pelvic floor was doing the opposite of what it should’ve been, to decreasing any leakage, to helping me strengthen my core and pelvic floor muscles…She has been absolutely amazing! I 1000% recommend her, especially if you’re postpartum
