We couldn't be happier with AVA Jiu-Jitsu! My 3 and 5-year-old have trained since 3/26, and the progress they've made is honestly amazing. Coach Jerry, the owner and head coach, oversees every class, and it shows. He is brilliant with young kids. I'll be honest, my two aren't the easiest when it comes to behaving, but Coach Jerry has the perfect balance of patience and assertiveness. He knows how to keep them focused and engaged without ever losing his cool, and they respond to him so well. My kids are learning so much and becoming genuinely skillful. It's been incredible to watch their confidence and abilities grow week after week. Coach Jerry and Amy are both so personable and give clear, easy-to-follow instructions that even little ones can understand. They've created a welcoming and safe environment for everyone, kids and parents alike. If you're looking for a jiu-jitsu program for your children, especially little ones with lots of energy, I can't recommend AVA Jiu-Jitsu enoug
