Tiff gives semi-personal training sessions in a gym she opened up. She’s by far the best I’ve been to - the only person amongst all the physical therapists and a different personal trainer I’ve tried who substantially helped my back and SI pain. She isn’t a physical therapist, but she knows what she’s doing. She’s created this non-judgmental, non-competitive workout space where she will tailor a workout for you each session based on your pains and needs. She’s helped me during pregnancy, post partum and general! It’s up to 6 people in each session and each person is doing their own thing. So you never feel you’re having to keep up with other people or not doing as well as them. It’s totally about you. At least that’s how I feel when I go there! Highly recommend her. If you prefer a male trainer, I think her Fiance trains too - I haven’t used him before.
