Dr. West has a calm and warm demeanor. She is great at listening to parents' concerns and with answering their questions. With both of my babies, I have had a low milk supply. Dr. West assured me that there is no pressure to continue to breastfeed if it is affecting my mental health; she supports moms' decisions to formula feed if that is what works for them. I appreciate her non-judgmental approach; she meets families where they are at.
