Jade's Teacup Cafe has specialty boba drinks, fresh bubble waffles, and authentic Vietnamese food (limited menu). What I like most about it is that it is a kid-friendly place with arcade machines, board games, a foosball table, etc., to entertain the kids, while you can also get something to eat and drink.
