A parent in Pleasanton, parent of a preschooler and a toddler
We’ve been going to Happy Fish for a few months now. Note their focus is on kids 4+, so it’s not a great fit if you’re wanting to start your toddler as I believe they only have one baby class. My daughter is really cautious and shy when it comes to group classes, but her instructor Ms Audrey has been really patient with her. I think it’s a good swim school for kids who move at a more deliberate pace from what I’ve seen. I like the thoughtful setup as there’s a large glass viewing pane for parents to sit behind, and individual tables that a lot of parents work at during their kid’s lesson. There’s also a TV area for siblings. The one downside I’ve seen is that instructor schedules change quarterly (a lot of high school/college instructors) so if you find someone you like you might have to switch times at the quarter mark to stay in their class.
